Skill Board has created first of its kind, functional domain skill certifications in Business Operations and Business Technology. For a comprehensive evaluation of the candidate’s skill, assessment questions are provided by subject matter experts in the relevant domain and peer reviewed by industry practitioners and domain experts. While the foundational certification assessment tests the candidates on academic knowledge, the candidates in the Associate and Professional level certifications are further evaluated on additional vignette questions based on real-life situations in the workplace. To get certified, candidates will take a remote proctored online assessment powered by Secured Exam Inc. All candidates must prove their identity to the remote proctor by showing a government issued valid photo id. The secured exam platform leverages Safe Exam Browser, a web browser environment, to conduct e-assessments safely. The software temporarily turns any computer (for the duration of the assessment test) into a secured workstation. It controls access to resources, like system functions, websites and applications, and prevents unauthorized use of resources during an exam.
We are working with independent learning content creators to develop E-learning content based on the prescribed syllabus for Skill Board.
