Certified Professional - Core Banking

CORE (Centralized Online Real-time Environment) banking systems are back-end systems that process and post transactions and other key banking activities, such as account opening, deposit, loan and credit processing. The system interfaces to general ledger systems and reporting tools.

 

Skill Board Professional Certification in Core Banking evaluates candidates for a comprehensive knowledge of retail banking processes, core banking systems architecture, core banking vendor products, and the necessary skills to resolve complex problems in operations and technology, enabling banks to deliver services to clients. The assessment process includes evaluation of a candidate’s professional experience, an online remote proctored test, and may also include an interview with Skill Board Industry practice leaders.

 

Certified Business Technology Professional (CBTP) - Core Banking certification is issued to candidates who successfully pass the assessment for the CBTP certification. The candidate has demonstrated comprehensive technology functional skills and experience in banking products, core banking operations, business processes and compliance processes, and corresponding technology applications.
