Certified Associate - Investment Management

Investment management is the professional asset management of various securities, including equities, fixed income, cash equivalents, and other assets such as real estate, commodities, etc. to meet specified investment goals for the benefit of investors.

 

Skill Board Associate certification in Investment Management assesses candidate’s for fundamental knowledge of investment management front and middle office business processes and necessary skills to develop solutions to common business problems in operations and technology that enable investment management firms to deliver services to clients. The assessment is conducted through an online remote proctored test.

 

Candidates can choose between two certification options:

 

  • Certified Business Operations Associate (CBOA) - Investment Management certification is issued to candidates with 1+ years of career experience in Securities & Capital Markets business operations and successfully pass the assessment for the CBOA - Investment Management certification.

 

  • Certified Business Technology Associate (CBTA) - Investment Management certification is issued to candidates with 1+ years of career experience in Securities & Capital Markets technology and successfully pass the assessment for the CBTA - Investment Management certification.
